1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ki8888 ("ki8888," "the Company," "we," "our," "us"), governing your access to and use of the ki8888 website at ki8888.org, including all related games, features, services, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

2.1 Age Requirement. 2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain a ki8888 account: (a) employees of ki8888 and their immediate family members; (b) persons self-excluded through ki8888's responsible gaming tools; (c) persons prohibited by PAGCOR or any other competent authority from participating in online gambling; (d) persons who have provided false or misleading information during registration.
2.4 By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this Section 2. Ki8888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time.
3.1 To use ki8888's real-money gaming features, you must register a personal account. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number.
3.2 One Account Per Player. Each natural person may hold only one (1) ki8888 account. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited. If ki8888 discovers multiple accounts registered to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings associated with them may be voided.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. Ki8888 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all registered players. You must complete KYC verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, Passport, UMID, Driver's License) before making withdrawals or accessing certain features. 3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. Ki8888 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
3.5 You must notify ki8888 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting support at [email protected].
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. Ki8888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on ki8888 is ₱100, unless otherwise stated for specific payment methods or promotions.
4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your verified account name. Ki8888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes.
4.4 Verification Prior to Withdrawal. Ki8888 may withhold withdrawal processing until satisfactory KYC verification is completed. Ki8888 may also request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or potentially fraudulent.
4.5 Currency. All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on ki8888 are conducted in Philippine Peso. Ki8888 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. Ki8888 is subject to Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations. Ki8888 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and to freeze or close accounts associated with suspected money laundering activity.
5.1 Ki8888 may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and other incentives from time to time ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement (turnover requirement) that must be met before the bonus or winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each Promotion will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
5.3 Ki8888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes shall not retroactively affect Promotions already accepted and actively in use by Players.
5.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software to place bets, or exploiting technical errors — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

9.1 All content on the ki8888 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game designs, audio, and video — is owned by or licensed to ki8888 and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any ki8888 content without prior written permission.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ki8888 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform; (b) loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption; (c) technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or device incompatibilities beyond ki8888's reasonable control.
10.2 Ki8888's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the incident.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ki8888's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.
11.1 Ki8888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; money laundering suspicion; failure to complete KYC verification; or PAGCOR regulatory direction.
11.2 Upon account closure for reasons other than breach of Terms, ki8888 will process any remaining real-money balance (net of any voided bonus funds) to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
11.3 You may request closure of your own ki8888 account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
12.1 Ki8888 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data are described in detail in ki8888's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
12.2 By registering and using ki8888, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13.1 Ki8888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ki8888 will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
13.2 Your continued use of ki8888 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.2 Any dispute arising between you and ki8888 in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
14.3 PAGCOR Complaints. As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, ki8888 is subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures. Players who are unsatisfied with ki8888's resolution of a complaint may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official channels.
